CREATE AN ORIGINAL RECIPE THAT BREAKS A TRADITIONAL RULE OF BAKING
The ratio of cream and butter to sugar and eggs in this submission technically should result in a sucken cake with an underdone center. The clever utilization of an unusual baking technique, however, allows this cake to succeed with an extraordinary velvety texture instead.
Each cake is hand decorated with buttercream tulips and leaves.
